From Smithfield, take E. Market St. (US-70) west, and turn left onto NC-210 S at the first stop light after crossing the bridge. Follow NC-210 S for 2.3 miles (to these coordinates: 35.5129,-78.3943). Turn left onto the dirt road and it leads to the cemetery, which is about 0.1 mi. from the road. The cemetery is just visible from the road.
