From 301 in Four Oaks, go south on Keen Rd. for 1.3 miles. Turn right onto NC-96 S for 1.7 mi., and turn left onto Thompson Rd and continue for another 1.6 miles. Turn right on the dirt road across from the left turn onto Charlie Rd. and take the second driveway on the left (at 35.393183,-78.408038). Follow the driveway and park near the woods. Walk along the path at the right edge of the woods and look carefully in the woods on your left. The small cemetery is in the edge of the woods, a few feet down the path.
